The extra limited SLR 722 GT was caughttesting in Nurburgring. Only 21 units will be made, each priced over amillion euro. The 722 GT is inspired by the 1955 300 SLR.

       Itis powered by a V8 engine producing 650 hp. The car weights only 2866lbs and reaches a top speed of 209.4 mph. The 0 to 60 mph sprint ismade just in 3.0 seconds.
   

At the Nurburgring testings, the 722 GT made a time ofonly 7:38 minutes. It seems that the car has some problems with thetransmission and with the new running brake assembly, this is why itcouldn’t get a better time than the SLR.
   

The next test will take place from 20 to 24 October.
